Return Policy of Rose Petals

          Rose Petals will accept Return or Size Exchange of a product only if the following conditions are met.

1.Return/Size Exchange should be initiated within 7 days of order delivery.

2.The Packing, tags and other elements related to the products should be intact. Its in original condition without any stain, Scratches or holes.

3.The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.

4.The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.

Return/Exchange of the Shipment

Return or exchange Applicable in case of:

If the Quality/Color do not match with the product picture shown in Rose Petals Collections.

If you have received the wrong product/Incorrect size/different design/item is missing from combo set.

We do not accept return on hygiene products like under garments/ Innerware.

You must raise a request within 7 days of delivery

          Rose Petals offers 7 Days return/ exchange service. The policy allows customers to raise the return/exchange request of a product within 7 days of its delivery.

          Rose petals is charging courier charges for some Products. If the customer wants to return/exchange the shipment within 7  days from delivery date the customer can send us the shipment himself/herself because Rose Petals Collections does not offer reverse pickup of the items. Rose Petals will not be liable for the products returned by mistake of the customer.

          We request the customer to send the scanned copy of the courier slip and Invoice to and Rose Petals Collections will refund the amount of the Product.

          Please make sure that products are returned with the tags and the packaging intact, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Refund/replacement shall be issued after a thorough quality check of the product(s).

Shipment Charge

          Rose petals will collect the shipment/courier charge for Return/exchange of the items after 15 days of its delivery.
